Gregory Endress, President & CEO
Mr. Endress is the CEO and President of NeoDiagnostix. Previously, Mr. Endress served as Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer at Protedyne Corporation from its founding in 2000 until November of 2004. Mr. Endress brings considerable experience and knowledge about start-up activities and the development of life science businesses. In four years, Protedyne expanded from the founding employees to a 45-person global automation supplier to such customers as GSK, Schering-Plough, Quest Diagnostics, Eisai Pharmaceuticals, and Eli Lilly. The Company raised over $28 million in venture capital and had revenues of approximately $5 million in 2004. Mr. Endress has also worked at Avalon Pharmaceuticals, Life Technologies, (now Invitrogen, NASDAQ:IVGN), and Human Genome Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:HGSI).
Madhvi Upender, Ph.D., Scientific Director
Dr. Upender is a leading research scientist with expertise in cancer and molecular cytogenetics. She completed her postdoctoral work in cancer genetics at the National Cancer Institute with Dr. Thomas Ried utilizing genetic tools to understand cancer progression. Dr. Ried's laboratory has contributed pioneering work to the identification of genetic alterations in cervical cancer, and to the development and application of methods for the detection of such cancer specific abnormalities directly in routinely collected samples. Dr. Upender received her Ph.D. from Wesleyan University with emphasis on mechanisms of cell death during development and disease. She received B.S. Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences with specialty in Cytogenetics from the University of Connecticut. Prior to her doctoral program, she was a Certified Cytogenetic Technologist and worked at Yale University Dept. of Genetics in the lab of Dr. David Ward, another laboratory that contributed milestone achievements to the development of FISH technologies. She has authored numerous articles and publications in the field of cancer genetics.

Bradley G. Lorimier
Mr. Lorimier is the Chairman of the Board of Director for NeoDiagnostix. He was previously a Senior Vice President for Business Development at Johnson and Johnson and subsequently, the Senior Vice President of Human Genome Sciences, Inc. From 1997 to 2002 he served on the Board of Directors of Matrix Pharmaceuticals and currently is on the Board of Directors of Invitrogen (NASDAQ:IVGN) and two private biotechnology companies in addition to NeoDiagnostix. Mr. Lorimier consults for both the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
